Fall Risk Screening and Prevention

Part 4: Attend Paradigm’s Fall-Risk Screening Clinic on 2/24/2018

Hopefully we have convinced you that falling is a serious problem, and that you want to prevent yourself and loved ones from having a fall if at all possible.  We take falls very seriously here at Paradigm!  We will be conducting a fall risk screening clinic at Paradigm’s Los Lunas location on February 24, 2018 from 10 AM to 2PM.  Come yourself, or bring a loved one, and find out if you are at risk of falls.  There will be licensed therapists on site to perform balance tests and discuss your fall risk based on a variety of personal factors that can contribute.  License physical therapists will then go over your test results and history questionnaire with you to help you understand your risk for falls, as well as recommended interventions to decrease your fall risk.  We hope to see you there!  You can email us with any questions at lbaier@paradigmnm.com (Lauren- Los Lunas) or earagon@paradigmnm.com (Erin- Belen).  You can also call us with questions at (505) 866-0055 (Los Lunas Clinic) or (505) 861-1200 (Belen).
