“I would like to say a few good things about Jennifer Dominique. She’s a nice person and easy to talk to and also a good listener! She pushed me to exercise and Do them correctly! She then rewards me with a smile and/or “Good Job George.” The thing I like most about Jenny is her personality plus her laughter. She is always laughing about one thing or another. But seriously she didn’t let me slack and it has paid off well for my body. I am still doing her exercises here at home and the knees both of them working great and strong. Boy it sure makes a big difference from pain at every step! Her tough love and laughter got me motivated! Speaking from what I experienced she fits well with the Paradigm team! I want to thank the staff for all they have done for me. A big high five to everyone at Paradigm Physical Therapy & Wellness. Remember – Chin up Never Quit!”

“My wife had a severe stroke. Our experience here found all of the therapists skilled and understanding. We’ve been using the gym now 2yrs. Unlike many gyms, trained therapists are able to advise you for a well balanced workout taking into consideration your disabilities. They also accept a number of insurances. It sure works well for us.”
"I want to thank the entire staff at Paradigm Physical Therapy and Wellness, for their healing environment, kindness and support. I want to especially thank Jamila Nicks, PTA and Josh Garcia, PTA/BBA for their professionalism and support. Due to your guidance and encouragement, I am closer to seeing some my goals realized. Thank you Jamila for your support in causing me to get up out of the chair without holding on to something that was an important task for me to accomplish, as I was unsuccessful several months ago. Being able to walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes was very important to me. About 6 weeks ago, I hurt my hamstring on my weak leg while on a treadmill. I continued on the treadmill and slowly my leg became stronger. My personal goal is to be on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I know I still have issues with my balance, but I am stronger and can do more physical activities. Thank you."

“I wanted to write the company and let you know your therapist Eryk Ocasio helped me get rid of the most uncomfortable shoulder/neck pain I had all weekend! Monday I went in for my scheduled knee therapy and Eryk started me on the bicycle, I mentioned to him all weekend I put up with this agonizing pain and couldn’t concentrate much on the left knee exercises! I figured no one was going to listen much less help me with the shoulder/neck pain! To my surprise, after I was done with the bike, Eryk tells me to follow him, I followed him to the back room where he explained how to exercise the neck properly to help with my shoulder pain. Once I did the exercises, I felt relief right away! Then he put a heavy hot towel (item) on my left shoulder while I laid down to do my leg raises for the knee therapy. He took me through a full workout that day, for my knee and the shoulder/neck pain was pretty much gone by the end of my therapy session! I came home thinking what a good guy he is! So here I am writing to let you know how your therapist really went out of his way to help me, when he didn’t have to. I got home and told my wife that young man not only loves his work, but really knows his work! He is a people person listens and cares. I’m back to “Chin up Never Quit!” With the proper exercises, I’m almost 100% on walking normal. High five Eryk! I want to let you all know I’m glad Mr. Eryk Ocasio chose healthcare for his career, he does it well and knows what his patients need. For management you have good people that really care about us! I wish Paradigm Physical Therapy & Wellness the best!”
"My physical therapist methodically examined me and concluded that my sacrum was the origin of my immediate problems affecting my knee, hips, and back. He was knowledgeable and articulate in explaining my problems and showing me what the sacrum looks like. He explained the relationship between the various muscles which were causing the terrible pain and affecting the way I was walking and moving. Within two weeks my life had improved. “But then I had a misstep and a serious fall. As I have Multiple Sclerosis, injuries from falls are much harder to recover from and often leave the patients permanently affected in the ways they can move because of pain and muscle atrophy. Knowing how much I was helped originally I was anxious to return for help and after reluctantly missing one session, I anxiously ‘crawled’ back for more therapy. My therapist listened, understood, and worked out a plan to help me. He patiently explained why the pain was so severe and how I could begin to reduce my pain and improve my whole way of moving."

“December 2013 I had something life changing happen to me. January 2014 I started physical therapy at Paradigm. When I first started I was using a walker and could barely walk. I had to hang onto things in order to sit and stand without falling. Eight months later I am still learning to walk. Now I can walk without a walker or a cane. I can now sit and stand like a lady with grace on my own. Also, over time I have gone from walking up and down stairs side ways holding on for dear life to walking up and down facing forward.

The things the staff at the Los Lunas clinic does to help each individual is amazing!

To me it is like a small home away from home. I didn’t understand why I was being placed into physical therapy in the beginning but now eight months later I look forward to going. From the moment you walk in the door everyone is so friendly and they make you feel like you are in a safe and encouraging place.”
