Vayda is a young talented athlete. She came to Paradigm Physical Therapy after dislocating her patella in basketball. She has put in the time and effort to get back on the court, stronger and faster than she was before. Keep up the good work!
Deborah had ACL and bilateral meniscus repair of the knee back in September. She loves to go out dancing with her husband and wants to get back to two stepping! She has done well with the protocol and continues to make progress each session!

Jesse had right knee surgery back in May and his most challenging movement before and after surgery was knee flexion. He has been working very hard in therapy and it has certainly paid off. Keep it up!

Kasha had a total knee surgery back in April and before surgery she could not straighten her knee past 70 degrees, she now can almost completely straighten her knee, only lacking 5 degrees. She has made so much progress in such little time! Keep working hard Rockstar!
