Our People
We believe that our employees are our most valuable asset and that the continued enhancement and increased diversity of our workforce is to be valued and celebrated. We believe in promoting a healthy work atmosphere designed to enhance wellness and insure safety for all.
We know it’s our people who differentiate us from other PT providers, and we pride ourselves on creating a culture that is trusting, warm, and energy-filled with a focus on work/life balance. We have many employees that have worked with us for 10 years or more. We’re particularly proud of employees like Jesse Swann who came to Paradigm in 2016. Jesse started out as a staff physical therapist to Clinical Manager and is currently moving further up in management on our clinical side.
Our Community
Have you always wanted to live in the Land of Enchantment? Maybe you grew up in New Mexico and want to get back to your roots. Or maybe you passed through while on a road trip during college and fell in love with our food and blue skies. Our patients have been known to bring us fresh-baked bread or roasted green chiles along with a description of their symptoms and ideas for getting well. We love getting outside, watching the sunset from the La Luz Trail, or off-roading down the back roads of the Manzano Mountains.
We are 20 minutes outside of Albuquerque and an hour from Santa Fe. We have all the amenities of a large, cosmopolitan city with the charm and slower pace of a small, tight-knit community. It costs on average, 30% less to live in the Albuquerque area than it does in Los Angeles, and our typical home costs are 10% less than the U.S. average*. We tend to have lots of yard space and in some cases acreage for horses, gardens and other outdoor activities. We have a new light rail system making it very easy and inexpensive to get anywhere throughout the central corridor of New Mexico. Fitness Magazine and Healthy Living regularly name Albuquerque and Santa Fe as two of the best places to live, work and play.

We love living and working here and are looking for other like-minded health professionals to join us.
Our Career Paths
We believe in the power of education and encourage all team members to never stop learning. Several times per year, we bring in subject matter experts for “lunch and learns” in addition to sponsoring full and multi-day continuing education courses. Additionally, we offer a very generous education reimbursement policy and expect all professionals to tap into these funds to expand their knowledge of physical therapy.
We believe in “promotion from within” and extend promotions first and foremost to existing team members, going extenally only when existing skill-sets are not able to fulfill current staffing needs. In that same light, Donald Sanchez, our owner, believes fervently in sharing his knowledge and love of PT. Donald’s passion revolves around the interconnectedness of the biomechanical, neuromuscular, and neurodynamic systems and abilities of every patient. Donald is committed to mentoring other PT’s, sharing his belief about importance of partnering with the patients and treating the whole patient for optimal healing and recovery. Donald dedicates a minimum of eight to ten hours per week to teaming with less-seasoned Paradigm PT’s guiding them in their career growth.
We are proud of team members like Nicole Rejda who moved up from an entry-level accounting position to the role of Chief Administrative Officer. The tools and path are available to all who desire to pursue a viable and challenging career with Paradigm.
Our Pay and Rich Benefits Program
We know that when employees feel good about their jobs and employer, they in turn will express their appreciation toward their patients and teammates, and we apply that philosophy to how we compensate and distribute benefits to our employees. We strive to be very competitive when it comes to salaries and believe in rewarding top performance with bonuses and other means of recognition.
Because we want you to enjoy the wonderful four seasons of New Mexico, physical therapists start accruing five (6) weeks of paid time off (PTO) system in the first year of employment. Combine that with paid holidays, a rich medical and dental plan, a generous educational reimbursement plan, an employer-sponsored retirement match, free gym use for you and a family member and paid life and disability insurances. We’ve worked hard to put together the most attractive and comprehensive total compensation package available today. We are serious about hiring the best physical therapists available in this market. If you live outside the Albuquerque area, we’re also willing to assist you with relocation costs.
Our Application Process
Now that you’ve learned a little about us, we would like to learn about you. We take hiring very seriously as we know it’s a big decision for you (and for us), and we work hard to make sure that the fit is synergistic and is a “win-win” for all involved.
Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete the
and other forms, and we will be back in touch with you as soon as we’ve had a chance to review your information.
