Rebecca came to Paradigm for treatment for a displaced fracture in the Calcaneus. This is injury occurred while rock-climbing. She has been pushed with various difficult balance and strength based exercises. She has come very far and continues to make gains every therapy session!
Deborah had ACL and bilateral meniscus repair of the knee back in September. She loves to go out dancing with her husband and wants to get back to two stepping! She has done well with the protocol and continues to make progress each session!
Melanie had a SLAP and bicep tenodesis repair back in July. She came to Paradigm to build her strength back up as she is a big weight lifter. She has been put through the intense protocol of these repairs and is now excelling in the return to sport phase! Great job!
Estrella had an ACL and meniscus repair back in October and she came to Paradigm for PT. She is an exceptional athlete that wants to get back on the court. She works extremely hard here and follows her protocol outside of therapy as well. Keep up the drive!
Anthony is a national power lifter and came to us due to low back pain. Started back to basics and worked on transverse abdominal activation. Now focusing on the high level compound movements. Jesse had right knee surgery back in May and his most challenging movement before and after surgery was knee flexion. He has been working very hard in therapy and it has certainly paid off. Keep it up!
