Anthony is a national power lifter and came to us due to low back pain. Started back to basics and worked on transverse abdominal activation. Now focusing on the high level compound movements. He is progressing well with no more back pain. Keep up the great work! 🏋🏼♀️ #powerlifting #PT #sports #athelete #physicaltherapy #BackPain
Jesse had right knee surgery back in May and his most challenging movement before and after surgery was knee flexion. He has been working very hard in therapy and it has certainly paid off. Keep it up!
Josh has been diligent with his home exercise program. He had a fusion L4-5 and also has nerve root compression L1-L4. He works extremely hard and has progressed through therapy! Keep up the good work!
Janine came to Physical Therapy after having a total knee done in June. She was very worried about her incision not healing correctly and was explained to trust the process. Her incision is healing beautifully and her range of motion continues to improve. Keep up the good work!
Kasha had a total knee surgery back in April and before surgery she could not straighten her knee past 70 degrees, she now can almost completely straighten her knee, only lacking 5 degrees. She has made so much progress in such little time! Keep working hard Rockstar!
Behold, the “JIFFY” Knee! A novel surgical technique for Total Knee Replacement, which “spares”, or refrains from cutting, the quadriceps tendon…this technique claims to get patients back to walking without assistance in a “Jiffy”. David here is only 3 days post op, and feeling great!
