Diego’s Rehab After Laterjet Surgery On Both Shoulders

After numerous sport-related injuries and years of Bilateral Shoulder Instability, @diegoavila505 (instagram) had “Latarjet” operations on Both shoulders, to restore functional stability to the Glenohumeral Joint. Designed to be more stiff and stable initially, regaining functional mobility was the first hurdle. Once that was established and he entered the strengthening and stabilization phase, Diego was off and running!
